My flight was delayed and I missed a connection for my trip so I had to miss one day of my overseas trip. When I tried to file a claim the submission process was so complicated that I gave up. I was trying to get reimbursed for the hotel stay that I missed. And it is almost impossible to get a real person on the phone to talk to. I finally gave up.

The price was much more than the other year. I actually did have a loss , my luggage arrived pilfered, but have not decided about filing a claim as very involved. Had some health issues with my feet and walking which delayed filing a claim. At my age in my earlier 60's I would not travel without health ins. of some kind, not wise. I have been using them for many years and it seems ok . The customer service when you call is very good, they are knowledgeable and have a few options to pick from. I would and intend to use them again.
