Programs for U.S. Residents Traveling Internationally or Domestically

What is the Educational Travel Program?

This program is designed to offer innovative trip protection for travelers on educational trips. This includes students, faculty, staff, and chaperones.

As most schools already have travel medical and evacuation coverage, this program helps close the loop and provides robust protection for the financial investment inherent in domestic and foreign educational trips.

The program can accommodate trip lengths of up to 365 days. In addition, business travel for institutions and educational tour organizations may be permitted.

This program is particularly innovative because tuition may be included as an insurable trip cost.
