Policy Cancellation/Refund Request Form
Use this form if you need to cancel your existing policy.
Please remember most travel insurance policies offer refunds only during the Review Period. Please check your policy to see how this may apply.
Policy Change Request Form
Please use this form if you need to change your existing policy.
Examples of common change requests include:
- Adjusting the travel dates of your current trip
- Moving coverage to a different trip (transfer)
- Increase or decrease your trip cost
- Destination change
Claims Assistance
Claims are placed directly with your provider. However, if you are having trouble placing a claim or are having problems with an existing claim, we may be able to assist.
