A great value for the exact coverage we needed. I entered the date incorrectly and did not notice until a few weeks before sailing on our cruise. I used the customer service interactive screen and a live operator helped me fix the problem. Another great experience with your company.

I purchased the Super Saver plan never thinking i would use it. Bad weather caused a two day travel delay and it cost me additional expenses. I filed a claim and got money within weeks. I am complete satisfied! I worked with Nicole(Tru Travel Claims) and she was awesome.

I agree! I also purchased the same plan and had to file a claim for the Princess Cruise Norovirus incident when our cruise was shortened by two days. This was considered a trip interruption and my claim was processed the same day I submitted it by e-mail. I was told I will be receiving a check in 10-12 days! No hassles at all. You can look at it both ways, it was fortunate we didn't have to use it but fortunate we had it just in case! It was easy to purchase and affordable. I didn't have to file a claim which I believe is where true ratings come in handy and are authentic. This company came highly recommended throughout my research so I felt good purchasing from them. However, as mentioned, until you have to ask for reimbursement & make a claim that's the true test!
