Thankfully, we did not need the services, but grateful they were there because we chose to get our trip covered through you. If there was a yearly plan, though, as we will be traveling twice a year.

AIG Travel Travel Guard® Deluxe
AIG wouldn’t cover my claim because I had moved up our trip by two weeks and hadn’t updated the dates accordingly. I claim not fair! We still had the same cruise trip and airfare expenses. They used this technicality to avoid payment.

The policy needs to have correct travel details in order for coverage to apply.
