    Thank you for your 4 Star Review. However, your Seven Corners policy does provide coverage for prescriptions as indicated below:

    "We shall pay Reasonable and Customary charges for Covered Expenses, excess of the chosen Deductible and Coinsurance up to the selected medical maximum, incurred by a Plan Participant due to an Accidental Injury or Illness which occurred during the Period of Coverage outside the Plan Participant’s Home Country (except as provided under the Home Country Coverage)...9) Dressings, drugs, and medicines that can only be obtained upon a written prescription of a Physician or Surgeon."

    There would be no coverage under any of our plans for medicines that were prescribed prior to your departure date.

The most important tthing you need is the emergency evacuation policy, as most medical plans do not cover that. Second would be the trip interruption and/or cancellation.

We did want to clarify that all Comprehensive Plans listed on our website include Medical, Emergency Medical Evacuation and Trip Cancellation / Trip Interruption coverage. Our Medical plans include Medical, Emergency Medical Evacuation and Trip Interruption but usually only for return air if you must return home early due to the death of an immediate family member or destruction of your home due to fire or a natural disaster.

We had to cancel our trip due to my spouse's sudden health issue. I submitted the proper materials to CSA.. Within severaolhours of my sending in the materials by fax, I received an email that my claim had been processed and that we would receive 100% of the requested reimbursement within 7 - 10 days. We received the check in one week. The follow-through and service was excellent. I highly recommend the CSA Company to you!
