We had no claim, but I gave it five stars because everything else was perfect. I particularly liked the peace of mind of having a medical insurance ID card and an insurance number to call. That could save a lot of grief at an emergency room. I am happy to post a favorable review, but you should give much higher weight to reviews with a claim. I read them, and I liked what I saw.

AIG Travel Travel Guard Preferred
Returning customer. Very satisfied with agent assistance making my policy selection for a week long Canadian canoe trip with 2 grandsons. Itinerary changes were accommodated. Didn't need to use any covered services, but had the peace of mind that coverage was there if needed. I have had better success calling in to make a policy selection than trying to do so online over the years. Thank you.

C&F Travel Insured International Worldwide Trip Protector
We did not use the insurance but it gave me great peace of mind while traveling to Canada for a mountain biking trip. The flight delay, lost baggage and health coverage were what I was concerned about while flying during the July 2022 travel surge.
