I filed a claim for a trip that was interrupted due to Covid 19. I am sure they are gonna deny the claim because our situation was complicated and hard to provide some of documents they want (stranded to a place, couldn't get to see a real doctor, etc). However, denied or not, I just want a result to move on. They are ghosting me and it's frustrating.

It is great to have insurance, even if you never use it. Whilst on this trip, I saw emergency services for people who had to go to the local hospital in Mexico. I could not imagine having to pay for services out of pocket like that. So, I can say, this was the best money I spent on the entire trip!

I would give zero stars if that was an option. We had insured our cruise and the flights to and from. The flight to the cruise was cancelled, and after over 2 months of back and forth, the insurance company declined our claim

The worst travel insurance company EVER! When I realized that the plan did NOT cover complications from normal pregnancy I tried to cancel the plan within the ten day grace period. It took me over 6 hours on the phone, had to file no less than four exception requests which went unanswered for weeks. The time it took to deal with an exception requesting to cancel put me outside the ten day grace period so they refused it again. I cancelled all insurance with them and found a more reputable company.
