I did not need to file a claim on the plan, so I cannot speak to whether or not the plan met expectations nor the service of the company for filing a claim. For cost and coverage, the plan provided what I needed to have covered for a reasonable price.

My only objection is the price. Very expensive to insure two business class fares on an international flight. Then when I tried to add the price of a car service, the price was astronomical. I wound up purchasing the extra coverage from my travel agent and saving almost $200.

The plan is affordable while we travel overseas. However, we don't have claim experience, so still don't know it is a good plan or not. Hope we never need to claim anything that would be good for us and for the business.
