Our trip was originally planned before covid and we finally took it after. The Travel insur plan was extended 2 times and then when finally took the trip, had to get credit for the 1 travel plan and then the credit had to be used to buy a new plan, but by then the travel insur cost had doubled. There were other travel plans that had similar coverage at a lot less cost, but the credit would not apply to them.

Had to buy additional airline tickets due to airline delaying and canceling and then missed connection. Cost to me was an additional $3500.00 for the tickets and the plan only paid $300.00 at first but when I reached out they looked into it and reimbursed the remainder.

Everything was peaches and cream when the sales rep (Melissa) was taking my credit card for the full payment on day one. Of course, I wanted to take this trip, or I would not have booked it in the first place! When I developed severe medical issues that were well documented by two licensed physicians, I had to cancel any travel plans. When I filed my claim, IMG immediately began interrogating me like a hardened criminal! After more letters and forms completed by the doctors, they still spoke to me like I was lying to them!! They said that they usually took 30-45 days to review all claims. My case was documented, truthful and accurate……but they acted like if they ignore me long enough I might drop it and just go away. Only after weeks of my persistence, the claim was approved and THEN I was told it would be Two Weeks before they might pay me! Not a nice company to deal with!
