Generali is a complete racket. I have been tying for weeks to follow up on a claim and all they do is give me the run-around. Obviously they don't want to pay out the claim so they are ignoring me and hoping I'll give up. What a bunch of crooks. Will never use Insuremytrip or Generali again.

I almost always purchase Trawick when I travel, and this is one of the rare instances where I actually used it. The online portal is easy to use, I reached a person quickly when I called with a clarification question, and my reimbursement check was delivered in a couple weeks -- the full amount requested, no hassle.
