Unfortunately, per the policy, the reasons provided for the trip delay claim are not covered, and baggage delay coverage is available only en route to your destination, not when returning home. The only shortcoming of this plan, like most plans, is it is questionable if it would cover failure of an airline to provide travel due to scheduling failure as has happened 2 or 3 times in the past 2 years, or a failure of air travel infrastructure such as FAA mess up or airport problems.
