Yes, good customer service although some representatives don't explain the details but the last representative was the best representative that explained detail coverage who helped me last- dated 09/05/2024 for my trip on 09/08/2024. Purchased this plan through a third party website, which I will not do again. I will go straight to Nationwide for my needs. The third party site did not allow me access to my policy once purchased. I received an email once purchased with my policy number and that was it. I couldn’t find my policy to print it so I had to call Nationwide an ask for it to be emailed to me. Cut out the middle man and make life easier, I’m assuming purchasing directly would have also saved me a little money.
