Comprehensive plans offer the most benefits, including Trip Cancellation and Trip Interruption. These plans provide the best protection for the investment you have made in your trip.
We contacted other organizations about comprehensive trip coverage but they were not knowledgeable about the various plans and unable to answer specific questions. This was not the case with the staff at insure my trip. They definitely knew their products and were able to provide details about coverage and exceptions. I highly recommend them.

Luckily I didn't have to use my plan, but I'm glad it was there. Coverage and cost of the plan for one trip are excellent. Of course, the proof is in the pudding. I will buy Nationwide plans on my upcoming trips and will comment on how easy or hard they were to use if needed. So far, highly recommend and this seems like a better choice than Allianz, for example. More coverage, less cost, better customer contact via email and phone (I did call to see if I could get though).

We didn't have need for our plan which is always terrific. My only complaint, for not having to use it, is that it would be nice to receive an email with the important things to take along for the trip, like how to contact them IF something were needed.

Do not use Trawick at all! My baggage was delayed and I filed all documents on time and to the letter. Initially I was told I would hear back in 10 days. Then I was told I would hear back in another 15 business days. Well, another 15 business days have passed. When I called them again, it was as though I was in the wrong. I tried being as polite as possible and then he told me I would hear back in another 30 business days. Along the way, he kept telling me I would receive a status update in an email. I never once have received any emails or updates. Nothing. When I had emailed them, absolutely zero response numbers of time. They said I could go to a website (cbpconnect) to get a status update. When I went there, nothing. And then when I asked on the phone call about it, it says I'm in the system. When I asked I why I wasn't even receiving any updates, he sighed and basically said wait the month.
I think it's all a scam to actually not pay out on an actual valid claim. I submitted airline baggage lost claim forms, boarding passes, filled out Trawick forms, everything. Early and on time and thing.
I am very disappointed in Trawick and in Insuremytrip for even giving them such high ratings when they have been so poor in every aspect of their customer service.
