Our trip was cancelled. We were very upset that the plan didn’t consider an exception request to cancel this insurance due to corona virus outbreak. We sent that request explaining our age and a travel ban from our job. Also sent a proof of trip cancellation that we no longer needed this insurance.
We seriously consider not to use this insurance for our future trips.

I was pleased with the ability to purchase on-line and how well the process worked when I needed to file a claim. It was easy to contact a real person when I had questions. The customer service was efficient and accurate. The email explaining the analysis and reasons for part of my claim not being covered was easy to understand and thorough. A great experience of how on-line and non-local transactions should work. Thank you.

did not need to use the plan, but comforting to know it was in place. travel now is very iffy and with this virus, a person should not travel with out insurance (medicare and most other healthcare plans do not cover out of country costs, ie: cruises)

Unfortunately, because of the Corona and as we are at risk due to our age, we had to cancel. We were advised that the insurance does not cover it,so obviously, we are not satisfied at all.

We didn't have to use the plan so I only have experience with my interactions during ordering the plan. Everyone was professional and willing to help during the process. Thankfully, we didn't need to use the insurance so I can't address that area.
