Comprehensive plans offer the most benefits, including Trip Cancellation and Trip Interruption. These plans provide the best protection for the investment you have made in your trip.
Since we did not need to use the coverage it’s hard to provide a lot of feed back. But, based on all I read, it covered the items/concerns we had prior to taking the trip. We felt comfortable that if any illness occurred with family or traveling companions, we had coverage. And, if there were delays with the trip or lost luggage, we were covered.

It was very helpful as they send you a reminder of what information to take with you on the trip. They provide 24 hour phone numbers to call and are very clear on what the coverages include.

Many things were going on due to the virus outbreak. I did not require to file A claim. I did feel better knowing that I had a medical plan as a back up should it be needed. The cost of the policy was worth the peace of mind gained knowing I had back up.

I didn't actually NEED this policy because my cruise (Holland America Westerdam - 2/15-2/29) was cancelled because of China's coronavirus. Money wasted.

You should remove this company from your list. They are unresponsive, poorly managed, and have been getting horrible reviews. I have used your service for years, but your recommending this company has now made me worried. This is only 1* company, since insurance means that you actually get reimbursed for insured loses!!
