Comprehensive plans offer the most benefits, including Trip Cancellation and Trip Interruption. These plans provide the best protection for the investment you have made in your trip.
Legally you are protected, but to not protect your customer's expenditure from the corona virus is immoral and poor long term planning. Congratulations, you made money but I and many I have spoken to will self insure in the future.
Why not offer a credit on a customer's next policy as an olive branch to retain future customers.

I would recommend only because coverage is important, but it is not clear from the mounds of
paperwork when and how to use the plan in an emergency. That's when you need help the most
and need some clarity. It would help to have a brief listing of steps in a clear, easy-to-find place.

Did not have to make a claim so I cannot comment on that part of having the insurance. The Plan is pricey (they all are) but allows me to apply closer to my date of travel because the pre-x exclusion applies if the Plan is purchased before the FINAL payment is due, instead of within 14-21 days of the (usually refundable) deposit which could be a year or more before the trip. The benefits seem to cover all my needs.
