Fortunately, we did not need to use this insurance on our recent trip, but this coverage gave us peace of mind during our travels. We purchased this plan to provide upgraded medical coverage. It provided a lot of additional coverage for a very reasonable price.

Terrible claim experience. Our luggage was stolen and I filed a claim upon our return home. Gave them everything they asked for, including the police report. They apparently waited over two weeks before even looking at it. Then they said they would do nothing until I provided them with completely irrelevant information: they wanted the detailed itinerary of the rest of our trip AFTER the theft occurred. I provide that, and they took another two weeks before paying the claim. What should have been a very simple and quick transaction took a full month to resolve. I will never use this company again.

Stunned at the increase in price along with aging. Most seniors are on a fixed income and the extra cost put a bit of a crimp on my trip spending. I have never made a claim on travel insurance (thankfully). However, it is good to know IF something should happen I will be covered.
