We have used the IMG insurance plan several times. We have never had a claim, but with many uncontrollable variables on travel, it provides peace of mind at an affordable (and very competitive) price. It is much less expensive than provider plans for cruises, with similar coverages. We have no problem recommending the IMG ITravelinsured SE plan.

Since there was no claims, I cannot make an accurate determination on how well your service preformed. Though I always hope for no claims, which means the trip went well, it is nice to know we were covered.
