When I had to modify the plan to include a destination the agents were responsive and helpful. I would use this coverage for future trips.

It is difficult to rate travel insurance as good or bad if you are fortunate enough to never have to file a claim. My trip went very smoothly. A friend gave me a list of possible travel insurance plans to look at which included the Travelex plan I purchased. I will include Travelex in the search for insurance for my next trip.
