Comprehensive plans offer the most benefits, including Trip Cancellation and Trip Interruption. These plans provide the best protection for the investment you have made in your trip.
Unfortunately, I had to use my insurance. I had a great customer service experience, and had the reimbursement made in time. I highly recommend this company. Will use again, for sure.

My original travel plans were cancelled by the cruise line but InsureMyTrip, though reluctant at first, worked with me to cover an alternate cruise. I went on the second cruise and all is well. I appreciate their consideration.

I have been a customer for over 10 months, however, whenever we had a question about a policy issues customer service representatives did everything possible to make sure we were not covered. This not good travel insurance. I would recommend you save the money for an emergency fund or splurge for a better insurance company

Travelex Travel Select was a very reasonable insurance plan to cover all my travel worries. Fortunately, I did not have to make a claim but was happy to have this insurance just in case!

C&F Travel Insured InternationalWorldwide Trip Protector Lite
Required too much paperwork. Had to have my urologist fill out a CF Form. Wrong form was sent to urologist 2 times. Finally got the right form.
Other travel insurance I used in the past, all the forms was done on-line. I uploaded a note from my doctor and allowed them to contact my doctor. I got the check in less than 2 weeks.
With CF I sent in the note from my doctor taped to their form and allowed them to contact my doctor. This was not good enough. They had to have their form filled out by the urologist.
Original claim was filed the day I found out I could not travel (13 June). Final resolution of the claim occurred yesterday 7 August.
Price and coverage was the reason I went with CF. I now know that their is a "hassle factor" involved with the low price.

I am very dissatisfied with Tokio Marine HCC Medical Insurance Atlas Expedition. 4 of us, women, missed a flight from Louisville Ky to Chicago on May 18, because the Chicago Airport was closed due to weather. Over a three hour period, the Chicago airport opened and closed a few times, so by the time we reached it, our flight to Amsterdam was gone. We could not arrive in Amsterdam, and missed our first day and night of the cruise. United Airlines reimbursed us for purchased clothes and dinner, since luggage didn't arrive for 8 DAYS. All we wanted from our insurance was $264 for a day of cruise missed. My other two companions bought Roam Right, and WERE sent a check. Tokio HHC denied the claim. I would AVOID this company. Thank you.

Acting as your advocate, InsureMyTrip contacted the claims department to assist you with the claim that went unpaid. The representatives informed us that the claim was adjudicated in accordance with the terms and conditions of the policy.
As you and your travel companions purchased different policies this caused the policies to differ in slightly. Unfortunately, the policy you purchased did not have a Missed Connection benefit where your traveling companions policy offered this.
