I had to cancel our trip due to an illness that prevented travel which occurred prior to our scheduled departure. The claim representative who I spoke to was friendly and helpful. She emailed me the necessary claim forms and emphasized that I should be sure to submit all of the requested documents to enable the claim examiner to make a decision. I submitted all of the documents by email. Within less than 30 days I received 2 checks in the mail (1 for me and 1 for my husband) reimbursing us for the full amount of the trip. I would highly recommend Nationwide and insuremytrip.com.

Peace of mind is priceless. Had no issues...but when you travel there are so many opportunities for an unknown circumstance to present itself. Our policy covered 3 of us, so total was reasonable and we opted for full coverage.
