The coverage was easy to understand and I feel that it was a value received. It gave me peace of mind knowing that if I needed assistance with a evacuation it was there. I did not have to use it but I know people in the past who have had health issues and did not have coverage so it gave me a piece of mind; I was quite relaxed about having the coverage while I was in Mexico.

We had a loss of a beach bag with various personal items inside, which was accidentally left at a bus stop in Mexico. They had me file a loss claim, and the representative I spoke with was friendly and helpful sending me the proper forms to complete and helping me understand what I needed to do.
I was able to scan the completed forms and e-mail back. Then I was given confirmation when they received it and a link to keep updated on the status of my claim. It was filed on Jan. 29, and no further action was needed on my part. I received my reimbursement on February 11. This was fast and efficient. I would use this travel insurance again and recommend it with high praise. Thank you C & F Travel Insured for making my loss bearable.

I have called on their Customer Service several times to help me with my insurance. The staff is well trained and can get you your answers. I will never leave home without insurance and Nationwide is the insurance of my choice.

Spouses appendix burst about 6 weeks before our cruise. Contacted Nationwide to understand what I would need to supply for a reimbursement. Once her surgery was completed and we had the doctors report I filed a claim. Within the time frame quoted me by the agent, we received the checks for requested refund amount.
