The plan mets my needs well. My husband has serious medical conditions, and we needed better coverage than what was offered through the cruise line. I thought initial price was very reasonable, but when I added an additional $200 in excursions, etc, the additional charge was $76. I thought this was high since I paid almost half of the additional charges in rate because it put me into a different tier. Other than that, I was happy with representatives and features of the plan.

I did not have to use the insurance, so I can't speak to their ability to resolve an issue, however I did have the piece of mind I was looking for at a reasonable price. The insurance I picked allowed me to add my children to the coverage without changing my cost, so that was a bonus.
