We had 3 claims after a trip due to damage to a CPAP, luggage and a travel fan. The process to file a claim is easy and they were quick to respond as well as establish an estimated time line for resolution. They were able to process our claim and reimburse the full amount within 6 weeks. I would definitely use them again.

We purchased travel insurance primarily to have medical coverage and medical evacuation coverage while on an international trip. We were not concerned about trip cancellation coverage because our plane fare was refundable and our tour payment was transferable to another tour by that company.
We were very happy that we did not need to use any of our medical coverage, especially when we heard from a friend who was also traveling internationally and who reported that their travel companion, who had not purchased medical coverage, had a major medical event during their trip.

I did not make a claim. The real satisfaction rating of any insurance policy is how they respond to you when you make a claim. I selected the policy I thot was adequate to cover any needs IF travel did not go as planned.

I put in a baggage claim. The bag clearly arrive late and we had a cruise to make so submitted cost for car to go to the airport and pick it up. Claim denied as not covered. Very unhappy with that.
