I did not have any problems during my trip, so I did not have to use my insurance.
But I am happy with plan I purchased. It is worth it to have peace of mind while one is on vacation.

Generali was professional and courteous. I had to file a medical cancellation claim and it was easy to file and was resolved very quickly. Generali was great and I would use them again.

My flight was delayed and I missed a connection for my trip so I had to miss one day of my overseas trip. When I tried to file a claim the submission process was so complicated that I gave up. I was trying to get reimbursed for the hotel stay that I missed. And it is almost impossible to get a real person on the phone to talk to. I finally gave up.
