Thank you for your feedback on the policy. It is possible that our representative provided you with a quote for a comprehensive policy, rather than a travel medical policy. Comprehensive policies are more expensive because they offer trip cancellation and travel delay benefits, which travel medical plans do not. Our representatives are trained to ask customers if they have purchased from InsureMyTrip in the past. However, when customers inform us that they have used us before, it helps our representatives make the proper recommendation. I was already in Panama, was required by the institution where I was teaching a short course to have insurance but had thought they would cover it and they did not. I had to get insurance immediately or I could not continue with the course. I emailed my travel agent, her plan would not cover me because I was already out of the U.S., but she found your plan online, talked to a customer service representative and was very pleased with the information. She emailed me your quote link. It was so easy and fast! The policy was emailed to me as a pdf attachment, very convenient. And very reasonably priced. I will definitely choose this plan for my future international travel.

It's very difficult to review an insurance product for which we didn't file a claim. The process of narrowing and selecting our insurance options was easy and well facilitated by your website. Coverage was available for all the contingencies we needed, however, we did not need to utilize the insurance.
