The plan covered all of our needs. After missing a connection that would require an overnight stay, with a phone call the insurance agent reviewed our plan giving us the dollar values for our needed service. The airlines came to our rescue so no claim had to be filed.

The whole insurance-purchase process through insuremytrip.com was very smooth. I particularly liked how easy it was to add additional coverage as I made additional payments for cruise installments, airline tickets and shore excursions. I had to submit a medical claim with RoamRight, and the claim was handled promptly and correctly. Make sure you save all of your receipts. I will definitely be buying trip insurance from insuremy trip in the future.

I chose a plan that was very reasonably priced. Since I had no problems and filed no claims the only thing I benefited from the plan was peace of mind. This is the ideal outcome and I have no complaints. I cannot comment on how the plan would have performed if needed. I certainly would not recommend or not recommend the plan to someone else with no real knowledge of its performance.
