We like the assurance that if something happens, and we need to cancel the trip, our "trip dollars" are not sacrificed. And we are happy to say we have never needed to cancel. Question: Did the plan provide good coverage for the important items and events you wanted covered?
Answer: Timatic told me I needed insurance to travel to my destination. This is the only reason I purchased coverage.
Question: Was the plan cost reasonable for the coverage provided?
Answer: It was one of the cheapest and offered the most broad coverage.
I did not file a claim and cannot rate my satisfaction adequately, but choose completely satisfied based on the service offered after purchase. I would recommend RoamRight based on this and the answer to the 2nd question above.
