One only knows how good chosen trip insurance is when one has a claim to be settled. Fortunately, I have no claim, and hope that continues to be the case. I also selected a Travel Insured product for my May-June Elbe River trip and had no need to file a claim. Let's keep it that way on future trips.

This was for a Trip to Israel, picked up something on plane ride, checked bag lost for 2 days, but had 2 outfits in carry on. Did not have to use Insurance or file a claim, happy to have the coverage if we needed it. Several people on the group of 33 got sick, and several slips and falls on the trip. Nothing serious though.

It was easy to arrange this coverage on line. Fortunately we had no reason to file a claim, so I can't really speak to how well we were covered in a real-life scenario, but it seemed comprehensive for our needs.

I thought the price of the insurance for the trip was reasonable and your customer service rep who helped me was very efficient but that is all I can comment on because, fortunately, we did not have to make a claim.
