I am happy that I did not have to use the plan for a claim but also appreciate that you contacted me before we left for our trip and wished us a good trip and again when we returned. The cost of travel insurance seems very expensive considering the very low probability of an accident or health problem occurring before or during travel for the average person. I'd be interested in seeing the percent of claims filed and paid for different levels and types of coverage to help assess my future travel insurance needs.
