Generali is a complete racket. I have been tying for weeks to follow up on a claim and all they do is give me the run-around. Obviously they don't want to pay out the claim so they are ignoring me and hoping I'll give up. What a bunch of crooks. Will never use Insuremytrip or Generali again.

I have bought travel insurance multiple times in the past, but this was the first time I actually filed a claim. The process to file the claim online was very easy to use. I received the approval to my claim only one day after I filed it and a check arrived in the mail a week later. I was very impressed and would definitely use Generali Global Assistance for further travel insurance needs.

While we didn’t have a need to use the plan, it was easy to understand and reasonably priced. The peace of mind of knowing it was there was worth it!!

The only real test of an insurance policy is if you have to file a claim, which I did not. The coverage seemed to be adequate for what I required. As always, the Insuremytrip representatives were very helpful in finding policies for me and answering my questions.
