The plan looks good on paper and the staff was very helpful. However, I won't really know how good it is until I have to use it. Fortunately, I have not had to test it. It does provide peace of mind and that is worth something.

This is one of those necessary evils associated with travel. I'm grateful that a claim was not necessary, but would have preferred not to have spent the money.

As always, an insurance plan is something you would prefer avoiding using. Ease of mind is well worth the value for money, especially so when out in a safari camp, as we were.

The good news with any insurance plan is that we did not use it! My wife did experience an illness, and it had us researching terms and conditions; and so far as I could tell, the important contingencies were all covered. And that removed a source of anxiety and concern. Thanks for being there if needed.
