The TripProtector Preferred, like the Classic plan, offers higher coverages and additional benefits. One of the additional benefits is the Cancel for Any Reason option. This is a great benefit to have pre-departure for unforeseen circumstances in which you may have to cancel your trip that may not be listed under the plan's covered reasons.

This plan made me feel a lot safer and eased some anxieties. I particularly liked the fact that it dealt directly with the hospital or doctor and kept me out of the middle. Excellent policy.

As a layperson with no advice or recommendation, I did the best I could to compare plans and prices, and after doing that, I picked this plan from the others. I have no idea whether it really is a good plan because I did not file a claim and have no idea how I would have been treated if I had done so.

However, InsureMyTrip customer care is available at 1-800-487-4722 from Monday to Friday, 7:00 am to 12:00 pm and weekends from 9:00 am to 9:00 pm to provide quotes and answer questions.
