Working with the InsureMyTrip staff was extremely easy and I felt confident in the coverage that I purchased. I, thankfully, did not have a claim to file so I do not know how that process would have worked if that were necessary. But, I was in Greece when there were devastating fires and InsureMyTrip emailed me and gave me a contact number if I need their help. Small things like that are very comforting. The staff was very knowledgeable and took their time to guide me through my questions and concerns.

I’ve never purchased travel insurance but with the expense of this trip I thought it was better to be safe than sorry. Thankfully I didn’t need to use the insurance but it was a very reasonable price for what it covered

I’m thankful that I did not need to contact your service department or your claim unit,, but it was nice to know that I had all the necessary information if it were necessary to do so. I didn’t have to file any claims, so can’t speak to how well that would work out. I can say they offered a wide range of plans with detailed coverage explanations at what appeared to be reasonable pricing. I had called customer service with questions before purchasing the plan and found the rep to be very knowledgeable and helpful. I would definitely use them again.
