The plan offered the coverage I wanted at a competitive price. Since I didn't have to make a claim, I can't comment on how well the insurance company would have responded. We are very satisfied with the way our claim was handled. My only complaint is that it was extremely slow. If a new document was requested, it would take 15 business days before action took place. It would be wonderful if you could check the status of your claim online as opposed to making phone calls. Our settlement was extremely fair. Hopefully we'll never have to file another claim!!!

Unable to evaluate the adequacy of the plan except insofar as it afforded us the "peace of mind" provided by the belief that we would have been well covered had a claim situation arisen, which did not happen. In that sense, we got what we wanted and the price and convenience in setting it up was acceptable to us, and included no unexpected surprises or problems. We would gladly return to the same providers in the future when the need arises based on our experience, and in fact we were return customers this time, based on our prior satisfaction using this provider. We did not compare the prices with other websites offering similar services before committing to purchase our plan.
