The plan covered my trip and paid when I had to cancel. Communication with the company was difficult. I used their online form to start the claim but then the site would never allow me to upload neccessary documents. When I asked for help with this I got no response. I had to attach and email everything and this was cumbersome. Several times I was told they needed the information again, sometimes as often as three times, which required more emails. I got the distinct impression they were trying to wear me down. However, eventually they did pay the claim. I was also surprised to find that they outsourced the claim to a third party. I did not deal with them directly.

Claim processing has been terrible. It seems like the whole point is to get you to give up so they don’t have to pay. Extremely dissatisfied

It’s always a good thing to Purchase insurance for a trip. I didn’t have to use it, but I’m glad I had it.

I needed to be assigned to someone and never was. None of my communications were ever acknowledged. The instructions given were very unclear and I ended up creating three claims when I was trying to change the original. I re-entered my information so many times. It was very frustrating. I had no faith that I would get my money back, but it did finally arrive.

Plans have increased in price a lot and coverage is less. I'm only looking for cancel for any reason coverage and would like more insurance options.

Although I did not have to use the plan and am uncertain as to how well it would actually have worked...I did feel better just having the coverage in case an injury or sickness should have occurred with a company I trust.
