Had a claim and they eventually paid but the process took 4 months and lots of phone calls. Not sure it was worth it considering the time on my part to get paid.

Fortunately, we didn't have to use the insurance so this info is to the best of my knowledge. I did like the good customer care I received through Insuremytrip.
