I purchased the Super Saver plan never thinking i would use it. Bad weather caused a two day travel delay and it cost me additional expenses. I filed a claim and got money within weeks. I am complete satisfied! I worked with Nicole(Tru Travel Claims) and she was awesome.

I agree! I also purchased the same plan and had to file a claim for the Princess Cruise Norovirus incident when our cruise was shortened by two days. This was considered a trip interruption and my claim was processed the same day I submitted it by e-mail. I was told I will be receiving a check in 10-12 days! No hassles at all. Thankfully, I did not need to file a claim. I bought an inexpensive policy to cover the most drastic circumstances, such as a serious illness, death or an accident in route. It was a small price to pay for peace of mind.

Thank Heaven we didn't need to use our plan. It was very inexpensive for what we needed, medical care and repatriation, as we were on a 2 week cruise. Also covered our return if a loved one at home got ill. The agent was informative but couldn't comment specifically about one plan or another except to say what was covered. I will use InsureMyTrip again for travel.
