I had a medical emergency while on an Alaskan Cruise. Getting a response from the company (how to file a claim, required documentation, etc.) was kind of slow, 2-3 weeks to answer an e-mail, but the claim was paid with no issues. Nationwide had the best price for my needed coverage. Overall a great value.

Even thought I did not make any claims my attempts to contact your company to find out how to utilize the doctor on the ship were painful at best. Your phone numbers did not work and when I finally got through it was 30 minutes of Spanish Inquisition just to get another number to call. does not really make me enthusiastic about doing this again.
