Everything seemed OK since we did not have to make a claim (the true test is when a claim is made and see how the insurance companies react to paying the claims). I am not a big fan of any type of insurance because it is something you need to pay for and hope you do not use it. It would be more reasonable if the insurance companies give back a certain percentage of the premium if it is not used - but I guess that will never happen. If they did, they would just raise the price on the consumer. I would use your company again for my next travel plans because it covers my needs and hope that everything works out if I ever need to make a claim.

This insurance was purchased for a short trip to Canada where US medicare isn't covered. Thankfully, the insurance wasn't needed, but it was well worth the peace of mind.

Thankfully, I didn't need to use the plan for its main purpose -- emergency medical and trip coverage. However, my flight and luggage were both significantly delayed - events supposedly covered by the plan. I contacted customer support and although they were responsive, they provided absolutely zero actual material help in either speeding up delivery of the delayed luggage or providing any compensation related to the delays.

Although the plan covered my concerns when it came to canceling my flight it's hard to evaluate the plan and the service it would provide unless an actual claim was made. I can only assume your customer service and the plans worthiness would have been satisfactory.
