Our return from a skiing trip to Big Sky Montana was delayed for three days by winter storm Jonas. When we were notified of our flight cancellation, I immediately called the toll free claims number. The rep I spoke with was very polite and issued a claim number and emailed me a claim form. As requested, I kept receipts for my extra nights in the hotel and food for the delay days. After three days we were able to get a return flight home. Within three days I filed a claim. Within three weeks of filing my claim, I received payment in full for my extra hotel and food costs during my travel delay. I could not be more pleased!!

Better deal than the travel company offered. It was great to have the peace of mind. Covered the complete travel trip. I highly recommend. I will use them again for all my trips in the future.

We were taking 17 people on a week-long cruise so it was imperative that we have coverage in case something were to happen to interrupt or interfere with one of all of our vacation plans. While we were fortunate and didn't have to use the plan, just having complete coverage certainly went a long way to ease the stress I was feeling.

I purchased this for peace of mind. I was traveling with someone else and wanted to make sure we had trip coverage in case we got sick and also if there was a long delay or if I were needed back home for a family illness. Nothing happened, it was a safe trip, However I felt better because I had insurance.

I think this is a reasonably priced comprehensive plan. I'd advise people to take a good look at what their home insurance, credit cards, and health plans offer, too so as not to take more coverage than they need to do.
