I extended my trip and did not remember to extend my trip insurance. I would have liked to extend the insurance. If trip extension can be done, a reminder at the end of the trip from you might generate additional business for you. Thanks again for the security your service provides.

Thank you for your feedback on the policy. You can increase trip cost, and extend travel dates on a comprehensive policy up until one day prior to your departure date. After departure, no changes can be made to a comprehensive plan.
Thanks so much Nationwide Insurance! I bought this policy for my parents who are over 60 years old for their trip to Vietnam. Three days before the trip my mom had a sudden sickness. I called to make the claim as soon a possible, and the claim was quickly initiated. We had to fill out some paper work and scan/submit documentation via emails. Within two weeks I received the payments! Thanks to CBPInsure! Even though they did not update the status of the claim, I didn't see why they would have to. Once again, thanks to a great insurance company, and a great plan. Our hard earned money did not go to waste because of an unforeseen sickness. After all that's what insurance is all about.

We felt secure in having this insurance. We have used Nationwide before and several years ago needed to file a claim which was paid promptly and refunded our money for a cruise we were unable to take because of a stroke my husband suffered two weeks before our cruise.
