The process of buying the insurance cover was very easy, but because we do things a little differently in UK, as our main criteria was to have our pre-existing medical conditions covered we didn't completely understand how the system would have worked had we had cause to use our insurance. We will need to use you again, so is there anywhere on your web site that explains the three year rule.

When the policy refers to a pre-existing condition period, in this case 3 years, that means it will not cover any pre-existing medical conditions in that time. For example, if you filed a claim for reimbursement of a medical bill, the insurance company would request 3 years worth of your medical records to look for a pre-existing medical condition.

I would and have recommended InsureMyTrip to many people. the on-line booking is easy to follow and the policy covered all of my family's needs. I have not heard of any problems processing claims. My family will use InsureMyTrip on our next holiday.

Thankful I didn't have to use it but glad it was there if I needed it. I got sick 24 hours after I arrived home!
