Lost my exit document and called for assistance. Next day, I received the address of the embassy. Duh. I could find that without any help. Got help from my airline who told me right where to go. Can't say insurance was great or not great since I submitted no claims.

Fortunately, didn’t have the need to use the policy. However, the ease of purchase, last minute change and communication lend to confidence that had I needed to file a claim, it would have been “easy.”
