Better Business Bureau Rating
My husband and I thought that we were going to have to cancel our trip due to his mother having surgery. I emailed WorldTrips to question our options and was asked to call them. The lady was so sweet and informative. She assured me that with our canceled receipts we would be reimbursed for the full amount. Thankfully the surgery date was moved and we did not have to cancel our trip, but the peace of mind of knowing that we were covered during this stressful time was worth the small amount that we paid for insurance.

The above binary formatted questions don't allow for accurate or complete answers. While the purchasing phase of the policy went fairly smoothly, an insurance company's policy coverage performance can't be fully evaluated unless a claim is filed. Since I didn't need to submit a claim, I can't rate the program's performance on what is arguably the most critical aspect of the transaction. That's why the 3-star rating.
