The best insuarance is the type one never needs to claim. That said, it was comforting to know that if the unexpected happened . I will use insuremytrip again for future travel insurance.

No need to use, but was glad I had protection at an affordable cost.

My wife fractured her ankle 2 weeks prior to our leaving on a hiking trip in Japan. CSA paid for all of our non-refundable expenses promptly.

Luckily didn't have to use it so feedback is general value evaluation. Obviously don't know rating if the "chips were down." Thus plan satisfaction rating really not relevant.
