Comprehensive plans offer the most benefits, including Trip Cancellation and Trip Interruption. These plans provide the best protection for the investment you have made in your trip.
Luckily we did not have to make a claim, however I felt fully equipped with the information provided if I had needed to file a claim or make contact. We’ll use again for our next trip.

We were sufficiently satisfied with elected coverage options and associated costs. Most importantly, we did not find it necessary to file a single claim; and, the “peace of mind” we experienced (knowing “not all would be lost” if we did encounter issues) was priceless. We felt that should we have needed to file a claim, a major agency would stand behind their product.

Attempted to reach the company as our trip to Europe was coming to an end this past weekend 8-30-2019. A hurricane was approaching my home State of Florida and my wife and I were simply trying to reach a representative of the insurance travel policy to ask a question about the policy, however, numerous attempts to do so were unsuccessful. We were never contacted after countless attempts on the “ we will call you back , no wait system “ and we were never cable to have are call picked up on hold. Luckily we did not have a claim... such as travel delay. The Hurricane did not affect Florida and our return flight back London-Dallas to Florida had no issues . If we did have a claim, I am not feeling very confident that we were going to be able to reach someone. This is the first time I have had a Travel policy that I may very well have possibly needed. Probably will choose a different travel policy company next year!

The incident occurred
on Saturday, August 31st 2019 approx. at 5 pm/6pm London Time. We were trying to reach customer service on the number 240-330-1529 (outside the USA) as directed.
If time, money and inconvenience does not matter to you, then you don't need travel insurance. That pretty much describes nobody you or I know. This is either business or pleasure for you. When things go wrong, one tends to make decisions under pressure and not always good ones. Bad decisions can be expensive or ruin either a vacation or a business venture. Just having the comfort of being insured reduces the pressure of potential money lost. I will never do major travel without it.
