I didn't focus on medical expense coverage, which was probably too low, when I purchased the plan. (I was focused on medical evacuation coverage, which was fine.) Next time I will. Fortunately, I didn't need to file a claim.

Thankfully, I did not have to use my insurance but it is always good to have coverage when traveling and this policy which I bought gave me peace of mind while away.

I personally know of 4 people that were evacuated from this one cruise alone. I'm fortunate that it wasn't needed by my party, but it's reassuring to know I had coverage if it was!

A member of our family became ill and sadly we had to cancel our cruise. RoamRight made the process very easy and quickly refunded the entire cost of our trip. Extremely glad we purchased this insurance because you never know.
