I purchased the plan many months before my trip. I thought it was nice that right before the trip began, I recieved an e-mail with directions on how to file a claim and how to get help if I needed it. Fortunately, I had no reason to contact anyone.

I haven’t received the check yet, but was told it was in the mail. I broke my leg 2 days before my trip. I provided the information you requested and received the phone call in a very reasonable amount of time. I will be calling you next year when I TRY to take the same trip. This has been a very difficult time for me, thank you for making this part very easy!

I filed a small claim. I was sick and missed an event plus I needed medical attention. I submitted the paperwork required and my claime was processed and a reimbursement check arrived promptly.
